A pair women's Adelaide boots in grey prunella with black patent leather toe caps and laced sides,1830 - 1845. Each boot is made straight with flat soles. The edges are bound with grey silk ribbon and the tongue is at the side with scalloped top. Each eyelet is reinforced with grey silk thread and the laces are knotted at the lowest eyelets and threaded up to the top in a spiral fashion. Inside the tongue is lined with striped blue silk.
