View of Rajjab Mahal, Oval Maidan

Rajjab Mahal is an Art Deco apartment building situated on Maharshi Karve Road along Oval Maidan. Designed by Merwanji Bana & Co for Dr Rajjab Ali Patel, this building is a part of the first set of buildings that were erected on the Backbay Reclamation Scheme.

This building is a part of 'The Victorian Gothic and Art Deco Ensembles of Mumbai', a UNESCO World Heritage Site that was inscribed to the list on June 30, 2018.
