Court View is an Art Deco style apartment building that was originally known as Rusi Court. It was designed by Maneckji Dalal of Merwanji Bana & Co with consulting architect G. B. Mhatre. Its gorgeous interiors sport silver metal grills as staircase bannisters and colourful terrazzo tile flooring on each floor landing.

This building is a part of 'The Victorian Gothic and Art Deco Ensembles of Mumbai', a UNESCO World Heritage Site that was inscribed to the list on June 30, 2018.
