This view towards the Palace of Westminster was taken from one of the twenty-seven strategic views in London. The viewing corridor is designated Primrose Hill summit to Palace of Westminster 4A.2.
The Palace of Westminster, along with Westminster Abbey and St Margaret's Church form a World Heritage Site. Primrose Hill became a public open space in 1841, following the land's purchase by the Crown Commissioners from Eton College.
