The Castelli-Montano villa, located at the beginning of viale dello Splendore, was built between 1910 and 1918. It is characterized by a corner tower which, with its large decorated windows, gives the architecture of the house character of value and singularity for the reference of these structures with the tower elements of the castles, proposing a typology of clear Tuscan derivation also widespread along the Adriatic coast. The plant is asymmetrical, both in the plan and in the composition of the elevations, original for the seaside holiday model. The villa is spread over a basement plus two levels, in which various openings of equally varied types are distributed: loggias with columns, two-part and three-part windows and, in the exclusive turret, circular windows. Everything is adorned with the most varied and refined decorations: stucco and paintings with floral and striped themes.
