Oatman, Arizona, is a historic gold mining town that became a popular stop along Route 66. After the highway was realigned in the 1950s, Oatman lost much of its traffic but retained its Wild West charm with wooden storefronts, staged gunfights, and friendly wild burros roaming the streets. Today, it draws travelers eager to experience a slice of Old West history and the nostalgic spirit of the Mother Road.
