Under the Diplodocus’ tail, a virtual Pachycephalosaurus awaits any visitors that want to challenge him. Literally, "thick-headed lizard", this dinosaur deserved its name: the top of its skull is 20 to 25 cm thick! Palaeontologists think it used this bony helmet as a battering ram, particularly when fighting male rivals, during the mating season. With a sufficiently long run-up it would no doubt manage to break the ribs of any attacker! Thanks to motion sensors placed beneath the screen, it reacts when people approach him. Be careful he doesn’t charge you...
