This piece belongs to the trousseau of the Visigoth tomb located in Cástulo of the late sixth century A.D., when the Visigoth conquest of the area Castulo in the campaign of 572 or 578.

This is a iron eagle shaped brooch decorated with a garnet in the eye in the central part of the head and incised circles. In the center yellow glass remains are preserved. At the rear, the pin mechanism remains.
