A leisure vehicle, it owing its name to Queen Victoria. It belong to the Viscount of the Court.

Its body is open and has four wheels and two seats, one for the coachman made of wood and elevated, and the other, with a folding hood for passegers. The outside is painted black with yellow wheels and black outlines.

The front and bak wheel mudguards are connected, forming a step to access the body.

The suspension is made of elliptical springs and half pincer springs. It was pulled by a single horse.
