Waist belt of multi-stranded blue and red beads made by women and worn around the waist with kidemu, zale and mshuru. It is also worn diagonally across the chest when dancing. It was never sold in the market but exchanged with a goat if the owner becomes a christian or is too old to wear the beads round her waist.
