Walking Costume

This walking costume, also used to play tennis, is comprised of a cotton (denim) skirt and a cotton shirt decorated with machine made lace. It is typical of its era as the silhouette has been liberated from the bustle and is in two pieces. Nonetheless, all in all, it is still extremely narrow and constricting.
