A two-piece visiting dress made in two shades of gray silk faille trimmed with pleated silk swags and silk fringe. The skirt is lavishly trimmed with pleated silk swags, flounces and piping as well as the pleated ruching and silk fringe seen on the bodice. The skirt has a train and a bustle. There is a triangular parasol pocket on the right side of the skirt trimmed with more buttons and cord lacing.
