This wall painting decorated the interior of a building in the port of Caesarea. It depicts three men with halos standing between bushes and trees and raising their arms in veneration. Their names and titles are indicated by Greek initials inscribed above their heads. Though the scene is a simple one, its meaning is unclear. The most common interpretation is that it portrays bishops or saints in Paradise.
