War Memorial Dedication

Original program for the dedication of the "The Colored World War Memorial Building" held Saturday, February 11, 1928 at 1:30 p.m. The events included at presentation by the architect, Hassel T. Hicks, a speech by H.D. Hatfield, former governor of West Virginia, and Capt. G. E. Ferguson, the highest ranking black officer from West Virginia in WWI.
