Warrant of appointment to Miguel Zumárraga

Decree appointing Miguel de Zomárraga as the master builder of the Exchange, replacing Alonso de Vandelvira, who had committed himself to other projects while the construction work was suspended. The building was almost fully completed with Zumárraga at the helm.
