Original Robert Ingpen watercolour depicting Australian Rules footballer, Donald Pruen Cordner, marking above two unidentified players. The image is included in a tapestry celebrating 150 years of performances and events on the MCG. Don Cordner played 166 games for the Melbourne Football Club (1941-50), winning the club's best & fairest award in 1943 and a Brownlow Medal in 1946. He was a member of two premiership teams at Melbourne, and two Victorian state representative sides. Dr Cordner was president of the Melbourne Cricket Club from 1985 to 1992.
