Watermelon ball

The plastics industry of Hong Kong started in the post-war period, and was propelled by large numbers of industrialists who emigrated from Shanghai and Guangzhou. In the early stages of plastics production, manufacture was mostly carried out by small factories. It later became a key industry in Hong Kong.
