We sowed the Scarlet Beans', extract from Dorothy Wordsworth's Grasmere Journal

Journal entry for Saturday 8 May 1802. They sowed scarlet beans in the orchard and Dorothy read Henry V. William laid on his back on the wall, and later he added a step to the orchard steps.
