A wearable robot is a robot that can be worn. The wearable robot assists the muscle movement of the user like the exoskeleton of crustaceans. Wearable technology is recognized as an essential part of future mobility as it can offer freedom of movement. Wearable robots represent the intrinsic value of mobility technology given that they can empower users with physical disabilities caused by accidents or other external factors to move or walk around by themselves.
