Western rood screen, capitals

No less impressive are the naturalistically designed capitals. On the west rood screen and in the west choir there are about 200 capitals where plant species can be identified by name.
At the feet of the Mother of God, for example, you can see oak leaves. Vine leaves, hazelnuts and wood anemones can also be found here at the rood screen.
