In the Space Station Processing Facility at NASA's Kennedy Space Center in Florida, STS-127 Mission Specialist Tim Kopra and Tom Marshburn get a close look at equipment for their mission, which will install final components of the Japanese Aerospace Exploration Agency’s Japanese Experiment Module. Equipment familiarization is part of a Crew Equipment Interface Test. The JEM components include the Inter Orbit Communication System Extended Facility, or ICS-EF, the Extended Facility and Experiment Logistics Module-Exposed Section. The payload will launch aboard space shuttle Endeavour targeted for May 15, 2009. Photo credit: NASA/Kim Shiflett
