This is one of the most magnificent hairpins which highlight movement with the attached bird-shaped quivering ornaments. The top of the white jade hairpin is decorated with plant and flower designs, including openwork plum blossoms and added silver-set plum, peonies, and chrysanthemums, as well as bats, butterfly, birds, spirit mushroom, and bamboo leaves along with kingfisher feathers and quivering ornaments in between.
