On Christmas Eve 1868, Wilhelmina received a bracelet similar to Walther’s breastpin and cuff links. Unlike Walther’s items, however, the bracelet doesn’t contain any diamonds.
The bracelet is from Möllenborg and features charms with the initials and portraits of all the members of the family, including parents and parents-in-law. It was a symbol of belonging. At Christmas 1874, additional charms were added to the bracelet following the birth of daughters Elma and Irma.
