Will Rogers Jr. and Bonnie Bravo Royal (Miss Hualapai 1985-1986) cut the ribbon to dedicate Route 66 as a Historic Road in Kingman.

This was the second of two ribbon cutting ceremonies that were scheduled to mark the dedication of Route 66 as a Historic Road. It occurred at the Mohave County Fairgrounds at 11:00AM. The first occurred on Seligman at 10:00AM on Saturday, the 23rd of April 1988.
