Willie Chambers is a food entrepreneur, the founder of Nola Nuggitz that is based in Rockwood, Gresham, Oregon. Willie made a shift from being a butcher to being a baker for sustainability reason. In 2017, Willie came up with tempe orek granola. In 2019, Willie cofounded the 501c3 Non-Profit Organisation Tempe Movement Inc. with Mike Hillis. In the same year he travelled to Indonesia, the land of tempeh, and came back from the pilgrimage as the "Fresh Prince of Protein".
