Concept paiting for the Cable Street exterior of Wilton's World. Wilton's World was a concept conceived by Brian Daubney in the mid-1980s that would have seen Wilton's restored as part of a wider project described at 'the world's first retail theme park'. The proposals incorporated the adjoining site and spread across Cable Street to the DLR and railway tracks. It would have included a 'timetunnel' and museum element, as well as retail spaces. Very little mention of work on the former Wilton's building itself in documented.
