Winchester type rifle

The first rifle model of the American company Winchester Repeating Arms Company, dated 1866, as evidenced by the inscription “Henry’s Patent Oct.16.1860, King’s Patent March.29.1866”. A unique feature of decoration is the receiver made of a bronze/brass alloy called gunmetal, giving it the characteristic yellow colour, and so it was nicknamed the “Yellow Boy”.
