Banner, green plain weave cotton ground, Front: 'Windsor and Eton', white plain woven cotton appliquéd lettering outlined with green silk cord, central motif of entwined lettering in watercolour paint stencilled on to white plain weave cotton, letters outlined in blue silk cord, motif outlined with two rows of red silk cord and gold metal wrapped braid, shield motif in right corner red, blue and gold paint, decorated with machine appliqué and embroidery, Reverse: 'I will not cease from mental fight Nor shall my sword sleep in my hand Till we have built Jerusalem In England's green & pleasant land', lettering and fish design stencilled in watercolour on a white cotton plain weave ground, fish outlined in green silk cord, lily design along bottom edge stencilled with embroidered details, outlined in green silk cord, 13 red silk ribbon tabs for hanging, two red silk ribbon ties in bottom corners.
