Woman Carrying Water with Kazimierz Landscape in the Background

Wacław Wąsowicz paid a lot of attention to the form when creating his works. Here, the form is determined primarily by the architecture of Kazimierz. Although it has been simplified, an attic outline can be seen in the distance. The centre of the painting is occupied by a hill with a fortified tower, while a woman carrying water becomes merely an element of the composition.
