A map in black ink on a sheet of cream-coloured rectangular paper. There are text and illustrations on both sides of the sheet of paper and evidence of it being bound in a book at one time with a linear stain running vertically in the centre. The text at the top reads 'Secunda etas mundi ...'. On the side with the text 'Foliu XIII' at the top right-hand corner, the design features seven figures, some with animal features vertically placed on the left side.

The large illustration in the centre of the paper includes a map, text, human figures in three corners and the heads of characters blowing air around the edge of the map. The text below the map is in Latin with some of the capital letters having a small red line incorporated into the letter.
