Wooden Dolls, Folk toys of Tottori prefecture

These simple, wooden dolls were created with the Nagashibina dolls of Tottori prefecture in mind. They are made using local hinoki cypress grown in the mountains of the Chūgoku region. The kimono are painted pine and wisteria patterns.
