The banner is made from silk squares, which were produced in workshops at the Migration Museum during the exhibition ‘Work It Out’. ‘Work It Out’ was a game for children about cultural diversity in South Australia. Two children were involved in producing each square, one as designer and one as painter. Their names are listed at the bottom of the banner. One of the squares features a cricket bat, cricket stumps and an Australian Rules football.
