World globe made of gold on a gold stand and base. Globe holder inscribed: "To Franklin Delano Roosevelt, President of the United States of / America from Haile Selassie, Emperor February 14, 1945." The globe was presented to FDR by Haile Selassie when the two men met on Great Bitter Lake as FDR was returning from the Yalta Conference. FDR Library Museum Collection, MO 1953.1386.
