This 39-foot-tall Kachina doll was designed by Phillip Sanderson. Sanderson was inspired by a Corn Maiden Dancer Kachina, said to purify the women who grind the corn for both ceremonial and everyday purposes. The kachina weighs a whopping 14.5 tons and holds the world record for being the World’s Largest Kachina Doll Statue.
