World War I German FA Mehlem popaganda plate. This yellow and green German propaganda plate is inscribed, "Ploeg Vroeg" meaning “Plough Early” and serves as metaphor to warn the Dutch that war was imminent. It was created by the FA Mehlem Factory in Bonn, Germany and is one of a set of three, intended mainly for the Dutch Market.
