Wreath laid to commemorate the Battle of Trafalgar

In 2016, as part of the BBC television series, Black and British: A Forgotten History, a series of events were held around Britain and the Commonwealth commemorating significant people, communities and events in black British history.
Pictured are the sailors of the Royal Navy flagship, HMS Bulwark. According to Navy custom, they laid a memorial wreath at sea as part of a ceremony commemorating the black sailors who fought at Trafalgar.
