After the War of Liberation in 1945, Mongolian soldiers congratulated their military leader, Kh. Choibalsan. The skilled repairers of the 011th Mongolian People's Army established a workshop using traditional blacksmithing techniques. They made writing instruments that the leader used with satisfaction.
