"I wanted to work with video for a very long time. The dynamic medium is very relevant today and it suits the new generation well. Video offers the possibility to explore a virtual world, which can be both fascinating and frightening. On the one hand, a virtual world offers almost endless possibilities. You could even make a body move just the way you want it to move. However, on the other hand, it lacks a heart and a soul. The sort of perfection that you can create, is almost scary. Therefore, in this case, I would argue that technology should not replace but compliment reality." – Lionel Hoche
