In the event of a fire, substandard protection or a lack of protection altogether can lead to catastrophic results. But just as importantly, reducing stress and having confidence to deal with these emergencies is just as essential.

“Through improved semantics’,” as desinger Adam Scott puts it, “the X Sting Wish makes the user feel confident and safe in its presence as well as in using it. That enhances the assessment of danger leading to correct actions to deal with fire in a wide range of environments, especially in overwhelming situations. Less stress equals better judgment.”

The X Sting Wish fire extinguisher can work on both chemical and electrical fires. The user doesn’t need to read any instructions, there’s no cumbersome business of holding a tank in one hand and a hose in the other and there’s no question of whether the extinguisher should be held upside-down, as some require, or right-side up. The X Sting Wish is meant to be an intuitive reach, something almost anyone can grab in an emergency and easily understand and deploy.

“We’re using a special waterless technology that separates water into micron-size molecules – just as an atomizer might work for asthmatic patients,” Scott explains. “This is being used by firemen in Singapore where they use 10 percent of the water as a normal canister. This two liters could be the equivalent to 20 liters in effectiveness. I’m told they can put out a car fire with one of these using only a liter of water.”

The X Sting Wish also addresses sustainability through a range of features including repairable, replaceable and adaptable components manufactured from infinitely recyclable materials as well as consistency in materials.

Scott is confident that the X Sting Wish has a place in public spaces, homes, wherever fire extinguishers normally are supplied (and all too often are found with out-of-date servicing stickers, another factor the X Sting Wish removes).
