The figure is poorly defined, has raised arms and legs apart, wears a hat, blue jacket and red knee-high pants and is barefoot. On the right, donkey walking in profile to the left with a clown mounted on its back, facing a group of children who go into the circus. The donkey is gray with brown spots and the clown wears blue pointed hat, long-sleeved clothes, knee-heigh pants and striped socks. The band of children form a group where heads, arms and legs are confused with the clothes in gray tones. In the background, continuation of a clearing with, in the center of the composition, the other group of children, also walking towards the circus. The human figures have represented facial features and in the groups, children are mingled and some seem to have raised arms.
