The Yamuk bilum is owned by Kapmakundi people of Wosera Gawi in East Sepik Province. Its five bilum categories also have two main features of common colors and variations in patterns and designs with local dialect names dipcting the popular Sepik bilum. Like other socieities, these five category pieces occupy distinct cultural spaces in the Kapmakundi society. Few pieces of this bilum are lost and need to be revived and preserved for future generations.
