Yarn bomb on Lamar

This location on Lamar Blvd near the 5th Street railroad bridge and a new condo building is the site of a war of sorts between the street artists and the condo management. An artist "yarn bombed" some bollards installed to keep vehicles from driving in the area right around the condos.
