From [Bakumatsu nishikiejō] [幕末錦絵帖] [Folding book of brocade pictures from the Bakumatsu period (ca. 1853-1867)]

This three-panelled woodblock print shows an imagined scene below two sites of famous sea battles in 1185: Yashima and Dannoura. A dragon swims by the child Emperor Antoku (1178-1185) and the defeated Taira warriors, including Taira no Tomomori (1152-1185).
