In 1998, Yellow Pages launched a multi-million pound advertising campaign with London Transport. This moquette design was created, featuring lines of classification headings from the Yellow Pages telephone directory in rows of black and grey on a yellow background. A second design featured the Yellow Pages logo of 'walking fingers'. The two designs were used together to upholster the four seat sections in the car. A single C-stock train was used for the advertisement and the Yellow Pages theme continued throughout both the exterior and interior of the train. The train was launched from High Street Kensington station on 12 February 1998 and continued in service on the Circle line until autumn 1999.
