Yeoman Warder uniform

Yeoman Warder A.J. Clark joined the Yeoman Bodyguard in 2017, making her the second female Beefeater in history. In this video, Clark introduces us to her EIIR uniform, which she has donated to the Royal Ceremonial Dress Collection. The Yeoman Warders at the Tower of London, known colloquially as Beefeaters, are the Sovereign's Bodyguard. Their current uniform dates from the 19th century and has become an iconic item of clothing.
