York Minster, York, North Yorkshire

York Minster is also known as the Cathedral Church of St Peter. The fabric of the building dates back to the 13th century. This elevated view over rooftops was taken for the Walter Scott postcard company, which was established in 1905 by the Bradford photographer, Walter Scott (1878-1947).
