WWII poster designed by Walt Disney Productions for the Food and Nutrition Committee, California War Council and published in 1943. Poster shows Donald Duck struggling to work while Horace Horsecollar energetically rivets. It's titled "You can't breakfast like a bird and work like a horse!" Bottom reads ""This is a good breakfast. Grapefruit, orange juice, melon or berries. Milk. Cereals with milk. Eggs now and then. 2 slices whole wheat or enriched bread and butter. Distributed in the interest of the National Wartime Nutrition Program."
