Young, the Serpentine Gallery

Taking the form of a tent-like folly, our artwork presents the intricate relationship between the old and the new, past and present. With this folly, we propose an installation that offers a twofold interpretation of this topic; one in the form of the artwork itself, the other through the presentation of a project for the city of Seoul inside of the artwork. It acts as a bridge, linking the Biennale and its visitors with our project
and other urban structures and highlighting their role in answering various complex challenges in an effort to advance our cities. The folly is made of curved steel plates, typical for infrastructure rather than tents, replacing the more common flowing fabrics.
