Evening Dress: of pale grey-blue crepe, completely trimmed with rows of matching fringe applied in a scallop design. Created by Madeleine Vionnet. This sheath gown is bias-cut and is slightly fuller toward the bottom; high V neckline in front and a deeper V in back; shoulder straps consist of loops and the back loops through the front; the rows of fringe trimming begin at the bust and continue to the hem. Side placket with hook and eyes fasteners.
