Alexander Isakov finds inspiration in the relationship between architecture and ornamentation, transcending national borders. His art is characterized by filigree patterns, architectural structures, and accentuated colors. His greatest inspiration is drawn from the diverse building cultures throughout history, their structures, and the compositions created by old masters within them.

Isakov incorporates the details and sections of a building into his work, striving to combine a variety of elements into new abstract structures. His goal is to continuously explore new forms that, in combination with given forms, colors, and compositions, create new perspectives. By doing so, he blends his influences to produce something new, imaginative, and utopian.
